AssessNet is committed to protecting the privacy of all clients. We adhere to all legislative requirements with respect to protecting privacy (PIPEDA, PHIPA).

All personal client information is protected. Client information provided to our office via our website is only used to initiate communication between our office and the referral source. Referral sources include but are not limited to legal representatives, assessment centres, and insurance companies. No other information, other than what is provided through our referral form, is collected online.

To protect the information provided to our office, client information is not stored on the web server and is not accessible through the web server or online once submitted. Information is not retained on the site.

The client maintains complete control of all of their information. Any information is not to be released or disclosed to anyone other than the original referral source without the expressed written consent of the client.
